Trusst Builders Sets Strong Foundation Online
After developing a strong visual brand identity for Trusst Builders, Talk built a website on our custom Content Management System to expand the brand online and strengthen client relations via a custom-designed customer portal.

- A website questionnaire and client interviews identified three primary goals for the site:
- Position Trusst Builders as a proven builder with an exemplary reputation
- Generate inquiries
- Create an online mechanism for homeowners to follow building progress online. Portal must be easy for Trusst staff to update and homeowners to access.
- Site was built on Talk's custom Content Management System to allow client easy access for updates of copy and photos
- Keyword research identified primary keywords used by prospective homebuyers. Copy included generous use of keywords to boost SEO.
- Site was built on Talk's SEO platform to maximize organic search results.
- The design of www.TrusstBuilders.com includes creative use of logo icon elements, client testimonials and muted colors that complement the brand identity.
- A secure client login allows homeowners to check construction progress through weekly photos and updates from the Trusst staff via Talk's custom Content Management System
- An e-blast to Trusst's mailing list announced site launch
- TrusstBuilders.com was also publicized via:

- Tweets on Twitter from Talk
- Blog post of Talk's blog
- During the first month, Trusst's site saw 283 visits and 1,234 page views with an average time on site at 4:16.
- Trusst staff and homeowners alike applauded the ease-of-use and professional look of the client portal
